You can't submit a prepared payment to an email address that isn't part of a PayPal account mate.
Also you were telling me all of those things because you didn't want to risk getting banned. Also your cash rep is very obviously fake..

Basically here is some added proof:

-His method of trade is very shady. If he was legit he would have either used OPSkins or he would go first because he would be able to chargeback if I scammed
-It is fairly obvious that his intention was to scam me after I accepted the trade as a gift
-His cash rep is obviously fake
-His profile is fairly fake and he has previous reports against him
-He talks like a scammer but that isn't much of a point. He tries to speak in a way such that he cannot be banned.
-He pretended to prepare the payment to a fake email I have him which proves that he was faking the whole thing.
-He has multiple previous reports that all say that he has attempted a PayPal scam
