I'm not sure why there is a missing trade, but how is that trade relevant to this?

I still don't know why that trade is not showing up. However, I can prove that the new image I sent is not edited. Proof as link below because a GIF cannot be uploaded.

I am not sure why, however, here is proof that I returned the item. It was recorded a week or two ago and I did not have time to post it, but here it is. Together with previous confirmation from Waxerman that the item was returned, I hope there is sufficient evidence to remove the caution tag from my profile.
