    There is no fraud going on; just because accused sent you item with significantly lower value, that isn't enough for them to be tagged; it's not even considered a scam or attempt at it.
    If you get similar trade offers in the future, it's best to reject them and move on.
    With this in mind, this report will be set as invalid.
