    Report Type: [Money] Other cash fraud (webmoney, bitcoin, etc)
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198263258540

    Victim profile: 76561198235694942

    What happened? Description:
    Victim was offered $1,400 CAD through our Counter-strike Facebook group.

    Accused then sent him $200 in good gesture; stating that after the Karambit was sent, he'd send the remaining amount of $1,200 upon accepting.

    Victim & Accused were both on a phone call that had a duration of roughly 8 minutes. Once the Accused accepted the Karambit Lore, the phone call ended, and the e-transfer with password was cancelled.

    Accused has since been removed from our Counter-strike Facebook group, and has since changed his Facebook details, as well as made his inventory private.​

    First off we don't review 3rd party reports - IE you are not the victim.
    Next this report would be Declined regardless as it lacks clear and proper evidence of the chat agreement/formal agreement thru steam chat screenshots only.
    Please do not submit reports for others nor without proper evidence. If this is all they have then advise them NOT to submit a report here to report to Valve instead as there is nothing acceptable with this evidence.
