    Victim profile: 76561198124780174

    What happened? Description:
    Added me out of the blue, and offered to trade my items for "a good price," and that he could provide proof that he could pay whatever he offered. He did this through a screenshot of his paypal. I then proceeded to inform him that Webpages like that can easily be altered through Inspect Element, to which he denied doing.​

    Sorry no scam here - you can't just report someone for assuming they are wanting to scam you or not pay you properly.
    You provided no evidence that the user forged anything - just assumed it was the case.
