Is that an outright ban on editing screenshots, even if it's to protect unaffiliated parties or information you'd otherwise not want to publicly show? It's my wife's Paypal account that was to be used, due to the exchange being in USD, so I'm somewhat at her mercy in terms of what I can give there.
