    Scam Report

Report Type: [Item Fraud] Quick-switch trade scam or attempt
Virtual item type involved: [DOTA2] Dota2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198311507069

    Victim profile: 76561198342344742

    What happened? Description:
User added me after I posted on reddit and dota community forums that I was looking to trade for a MK Immortal item valued at 105$. He then proceeded to try to scam me, trying to get me to "list" an item onto bitskins for more than its value and that he would buy it as a favor to me.

He then used another account disguised as a bitskins bot to try to scam me to trade the item to him. Incident and bot profile included in this screenshot.

Since the user clearly gave you a phishing link in the screenshot provided this report is now invalid due to phishing attempt.
You must report something like that to Valve, not here regardless of what else the user did.
Soon as that link was given it is no longer reportable here.

Unfortunately, SteamRep does not accept reports dealing with hijacking/phishing/hacking -Due to current Investigative Policy
    http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/investigative-policy.140101/

This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!

You can report the user to Valve instead
