    What happened? Description:
    The accused sent me a trade offer saying that he will send me 300€ if I add him and discuss, of course I declined.

    Me and the accused didn't add each other.​

    Not a scam... user could be offering steam wallet codes - which are legit but no way to know otherwise.
    Decline the offer - and add them to discuss.
