What happened? Description:

I was sent a friend invite by a guy with a level 70 steam account who was looking for a trade. I thought that it was a pretty big red flag already, since I did not post any trades online for about three years until the day after he sent the request. He was pretty high level in steam, so I accepted anyways. He offered to overpay for my csgo skins, so I thought that it seemed too good to be true. He then said that I had to check his profile and follow the instructions, which were to send him the items first before he would get a bot to send them. I questioned how it seemed to be a scam, and he sent a screenshot seemingly of him offering me the knife that I wanted.​

"Proof that he bought the Doppler"

It looks a lot like a trade offer to me for a skin on his end. Except that I have a different profile picture, and the text for the items to be traded is flipped. I assume that he just opened up a trade offer to the bot, and then did some inspect element work to try to fool me. Not too good of a job.​
