    What happened? Description:
    Before I specify, here is a video on my situation * I have a cold so my voice is a bit wierd* :

    He was selling steam wallet codes, so I added him with a game ( Sanctum 2 with season pass) and I offered him that. He accepted, and asked me to go first so I did. I gifted it him, and he said he was "Copying" the code. I waited 10 minutes until he responded with a code. I found it fishy it took him 10 minutes to copy a code, and immediately suspected he was forging or scipting what he was going to say for the scam. I entered the code and what do I know, its INVALID.
    I tell him this, and he says: No no, you are scamming me and it's working, and then says he is busy when I offer him a screenshare, obviously avoiding the proof. The next day, he blocks me so I decided to come report him here.

    Don't accept videos, don't accept 3rd party reports and no longer accept reports dealing with codes due to change in policy.

    Report user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
