    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198331201151

    Victim profile: 76561198150446418

    What happened? Description:
    The user mentioned above is impersonating to be some kind of a bot, probably similar to one of these betting websites automatic bots. He sends empty trade offers with the text "CONFIRM WITHIN 24 HOURS". According to his inventory, it seems like it actually worked on some people.

    I hope it is banable on SR, since I haven't seen any restriction within the rules.​

    Its not...confirm what? No idea what the user was stating regardless of name.
    No telling what was discussed prior to with that user at any point so no context that would suggest an agreement beyond confirm within 24hours.
    Sorry but just decline the offer and move on.
