What happened? Description:

I had my brother die on me because of a car accident, a few days after, I invited some friends over my house to remember him. We all ate, drank, and the such. That was until a friend asked me if he could use my phone to call his parents informing them that they would come over. And another friend asking if he could use my pc. I agreed and we merrily went through the day. That was until I played a game of DotA 2, and picked Phantom Assassin (Character from the game.) And I noticed that the skin my late brother gave me was gone. I panicked and checked my trade history and I saw that it has been traded the exact time my phone, and computer was borrowed. Usually I wouldn't care about my skins being stolen from me, but this was different. I hurriedly went over to steam support and explained everything in detail 3 days ago, but have yet to still receive a reply. I tried to call up the "friend" who took my skin, but I have been blocked on social media.​
