What happened? Description:

He friended and messaged me asking to buy/trade for a $160 skin i had, we were going to do PayPal and he seemed very suspicious through his profile and i checked his SteamRep page and there was no feedback on there. I found that a friend of mine was also friends with him and i asked him about the trader and he said he was an obvious scammer. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but decided i didnt want to do PayPal anymore instead i wanted to do a bank transfer, he was okay with it but then he asked for me to value my skin on a website he had sent me. I was in a call with a friend who knew much more about trading and scamming then me and he told me not to click on the site at all because it was probably a scam to get into my steam inventory. I showed him the link and he said it was the exact same website a scammer used to scam him. I instantly blocked and reported the trader after that.​
