    What happened? Description:
    https://steamcommunity.com/id/Julian14372372742373273777/ (Already banned user) added me saying steam "admin" wanted to check my items for duped items

    You should always report the FIRST user you were involved with ...not this one. If that other user was already banned/tagged no sense reporting them again since there is nothing more we can really do to them and just delete/ignore them and move on.
    Next time please listen to that advice...check users out then if tagged just delete/ignore.
