What happened? Description:

He tried to offer me 20$ overpay for my item in real money. The item is priced at 290$ on market and he offered me 310$ when you can get the same float for like 250$ on opskins or in other sites, this already made me think about him being a scammer, then i saw his profile and i saw that all the +rep that he has it's bought from a site or somewhere because all the +rep he has are made in the day of 30-31st July and 1 August and the time between each +rep is 1-2 minutes maximum. He tried to say that he got if from giveaways but the funny fact is that before these bunch of +reps he never got the same amount of +rep in such a low time.​

As you can see in the screenshots I've asked him if he is Raul Andrei because he sent me the friend request and he told me yes.

At a certain point in the chat you can see that we talk in Romanian, that's because I told him that I am Romanian (He added me from CS GO ROMANIA TRADING group).
Then I thought it would be better to speak in english if I want to report him on steamrep so I asked him if we can speak in English with the excuse that I don't want to be scammed.
So in the part that we talked in Romanian we said:

yeah i do giveaways on a youtube channel you can check the description of the lives from me,those people are from that yt channel,and from my group,you can see that i do giveaways in there too

You've been already reported on this forum for scamming a person via Paypal but tha request got cancelled because he couldn't do a properly made scam report.
Fun fact that you do giveaways on youtube but the only suspicious +reps that you've on your profile are the last 3 days.
Also want to add another screenshot which shows the messages he sent me after I reported him on steam.
He called me via voice chat and he got my PC IP and he threatened me.

and look,post proof that i was your friend,because i dont see any proof that the guy from the screenshots was me ,you need to hover your cursor over his level to prove that was me,and not an inpersonator first,probably thats why you covered the "send message" or "add friend" button with the chat!

First of all, the first screenshots that i made are directly from steam, it shows your ID and your image, and if we weren't friends the chat couldn't be possible.
Also in my activity it says clearly that "we are friends now".
Take, here is the proof, it is from Steam app so you cannot edit it like you just showed.
