    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198367355227

    Victim profile: 76561198145319705

    What happened? Description:
I know the user through a mutual friend that I met through CS:GO and Discord. Link's real name is Jon Washburn. He lives in Plano, Texas. I had let him borrow money in the past, which he had repaid me for. I've also sold him skins in advance, where he'd pay me back through PayPal once he got his paycheck. In December, he asked to borrow $64.94 for a power supply. He promised to pay me back in a few weeks. On January 6, he offered to pay me $180, which would include the money that I had lent him and the skins that I sold him (all extremely low float skins). I knew something was wrong once he started quickselling the skins to tradebots on CS:GO gambling sites. He proceeded to block me on Discord and Snapchat after I contacted him on there asking for the money. I also texted him several times and he left me on read. He's since moved his CS:GO skins to alternate accounts. He's been trade-banned in the past for pulling a chargeback scam on Valve. He's also been VAC'ed on another Steam account for cheating in CS:GO.

Here are the SteamID64's for his alternate accounts that I'm aware of:
    76561198450571116
    76561198079501175
76561198050429888 (if you check the name history, you can see that he used to be named Link, he just changed the name to "Jawsh" a few days ago after another person told him that I'd be reporting him)
76561198345465312 (if you check the name history, you can see that it's the same one as the one below)
76561198335693495 (if you check the name history, you can see that it's the same one as the one above, it's on private now because of what happened)
76561198161359744 (if you check the name history, you can see that it's the same one as the one below, it's on private now because of what happened)
76561198433286353 (if you check the name history, you can see that it's the same one as the one above, it's on private now because of what happened)

The same credit card has been used for his main account and the last 4 SteamID64's that are listed above. I've attached screenshots of our Discord conversation, our trade history (I can provide an additional one, where I show that I've sold him other skins before, along with providing PayPal screenshots of past repayments from him). I've also provided a screenshot of my text message conversation with him, where he's left me on read after he scammed me. I can also provide his Snapchat details/Facebook if needed.
