    Hello
    So this person cheated me 3 knives
    He didn't block me but wanted more
    He lied to me he told me at the beginning that he wanted to send everything but he told me once I sent that he would only send if I added more skins
    I would like him to be banned please

    Sorry you have no acceptable evidence of any scam here - hosting of images must be done to the report for starters and all images must be FULL screen not cropped chat boxes.
    Upon inspection you also took the conversation outside of steam chat which loses the formal agreement - never discuss steam trades outside of steam chat.
    You are reporting a steam user not a discord user.
    Please do not submit reports here without proper evidence and proper hosting to the report.

    Ok apparently you didn't read the whole response I gave - you took the formal agreement OUT OF STEAM CHAT. You took conversation to Discord which means we lost the formal agreement - there is no way of knowing if you did or didn't stick to that conversation in steam that you noted.
    Both reasons I gave you made the report Declined and is still Declined for this very reason.
    The decision is final - will merge this report with the other since its still the exact same thing...do not resubmit.
    You can report to Valve/Discord instead.
