    What happened? Description:
    I was searching for a low float Karambit Scorched BS through CSGOFLOAT database, and was leaving comments on a few steam profiles in search of a seller. I stumbled upon a high-profile trader and I got really excited when I thought he added me back. The profile name, image all matched. This was my first real transaction with a CSGO trader and I thought he had a special discussion account. We chatted and I had no reservations that he would be legit given his huge inventory. I went first.

    After receiving the money he said the knife was N/A, but was willing to work with me. Then he went afk. Then he recommended a different knife. Then he removed me from his friends list and changed his steam profile picture to Connor McGreggor & middle finger. I followed his steam activity and watched him continue to impersonate others. He received a community ban and I thought he was DONE, but now looks like he's leveled up his account to LVL100+ and continues to impersonate. He has been reported 3+ times, and I cannot let this guy go unnoticed for the harm he is doing.​

I use ShareX program to take screenshots, please accept these detailed images of the event, at least read and look through them before you decide to decline them given your rules.     Sorry but multiple issues here - first off you didn't provide FULL screenshots - there is NO date on any of the chat logs. I checked your history and the other users and they never once used the username I see in the chat logs NOR does it show you both being friends at any point.
    I'm afraid you will need to provide FULL screenshots showing a clear date on them for the event AND provide proof you were friends with this user and that they did in fact use that username which so far I can not find any of that.

    The only date I have is Feb 5 which is on that PayPal Transaction in SS#4.
    I have user blocked, which is maybe why it's not coming up?
    Those are the only screenshots I took after this happened. Do you think if I contact STEAM, they would be able to verify some of your questions, ie. previous aliases, that we were friended for brief moment, or perhaps dates on the chat logs?

    P.S. I don't think I ever seen Chatlogs have dates??? Or do you mean, you wanted me to edit the name of the documents with the dates when this occured? I know it was a Sunday, Feb 5.. probably around 2-3PM ET.

    Do you know how stressful this was and the hoops I had to go through for my stupid mistake? With respect, who would know all these rules beforehand like Full Screenshots, Dates, all the things you're asking. I just took screenshots of everything in the heat of the moment, what more could I have done? Nothing like this has ever happened to me before :(

    Ok you are reporting something that happened MONTHS ago... you lack proper screenshots with no dates on them so we have no way to really know if this happened yesterday or in Feb as you noted...absolutely no way.
    So since you stated you do not have them with any date on it I'm afraid we have to Decline the report for lack of evidence.
    Please be sure to read our requirements in the future - they were already noted to you prior to submitting the report on the links below.
    With respect back, you were given these links before you had to click the submit a report button...failed to read them so that is on you.
    You can report them to Valve instead but since you do not have what is required and the time passed has created all sorts of other issues with verifying identity this report is to be Declined.
