What happened? Description:

Was looking to trade my "Circling TF2 Logo Blighted Beak" one day so I put it up for trade on Backpack.tf. I said in the description I'd take both keys and PayPal. A few days went by with nothing then all of a sudden this fella adds me and I added him back he then goes on to tell me that he was interested in my Blighted Beak and that he could do $400 via PayPal since that was what it was legitimately worth. Then he tells me it'll be a couple of days till he "gets paid" so finally yesterday he messaged me saying he "got paid early" and I said alright let's do this! I asked him to go first and he hit me with the "I recently got scammed so I'm a little nervous and I don't trust you, could you go first?" I hesitated and I gave it some thought and then I finally said "alright, I'll go first". So I traded my Unusual Blighted Beak for what I thought was going to be for $400 PayPal but instead he instantly blocked communications with me and that was it really... I should've done more research on the guy because a few hours after it happened I went on Backpack.tf to his profile and saw a bunch of negative reps on the guy. Apparently his "methods" had worked on a couple of high dollar unusual hats so unfortunately I wasn't the only one scammed out of the PayPal trick. I ended up leaving a negative rep on his Backpack.tf (Because how could I not) and that brings me to here I am now. I will provide the best evidence against this person, I unfortunately can not screenshot the chats on Steam since I defriended him a few hours after the trade. Please look into this, I know it won't get me my hat back but I want people like this stopped! Also forgot to mention that as soon as he got my Unusual, he quick sold it to a trading bot... Thanks​
