    Accused profile: 76561198395872016

    Victim profile: 76561198043892001

    What happened? Description:
    This user "Smurf" came to me wanting to purchase a hand-drawn profile picture made as a representation of his tf2 soy loadout. This images will be made as a headshot "shoulders and up" avatar image.

    We agreed on 3 keys Bering the payment after I had made a free mockup sketch of the layout. After the image was done the buyer was still in agreement to the 3key deal we had made. The keys were not yet tradable for another 2 days. (Was not mentioned from the buyer until after the art had been made). Once the wait time was up and the keys were tradable, the buyer "Smurf" decided the art was no longer worth 3 keys in their eyes and therefore was only willing to give up 2 keys. I had no choice but to accept or I would have gotten nothing.​

    First off nobody here will extract zip files.
    Next those images are hosted on a 3rd party hosting site - unacceptable.
    But more importantly - we don't accept reports for artwork trading.
