    At this point and after looking over this report for a few days I can't find the intent to scam here.. the site looks highly questionable to start with but nothing that links the accused to be involved in a scam using the site. The reply of "fine" may have been a delayed reply from a previous message but in no way constitutes a formal agreement.
    I'm forced to archive this report as it just doesn't enough evidence to conclude with an acceptable outcome.
