I am only asking for 1 picture to be made private from the public, can this please be done

Good morning, as I stated before, I indeed did not trade because of the 15-day trade hold. after I informed Lynk about this and agreed to refund the money that was sent to me before the original trade, he still wanted to trade the knife, so at this point of time, he has received the knife from my end of the deal, the only thing is, that there is a 15 trade hold on the knife that I have send to Lynk yesterday.

In hydras Post he states which picture had the personal info, is the paypalsc1 screenshot, can you please make this hidden.. i appreciate you guys are trying to help but I shouldn't have to ask 5 times for this to be actioned by someone. Having my full name and address is a potential risk to my safety .


Further to hydras point, yes , he only sent the trade offer and actually accepted it after I raised the issue with PayPal and made this acam report. This could probably be proved by the time stamps in the photos, not sure what time zone he is from, but mine is GMT

So hydra made you aware of what exact photo contained this information , and yes I would understand if I posted this information myself on a public forum ( which I did, and each time I did, I asked for it to be hidden from the public) obviously having my personal information posted by someone who attempted to scam me is not ideally.. nevertheless, I honestly do appreciate what you guys are doing to help out here and can only give you props for the work you guys do.

Where does this leave this case however? The initial report had nothing to do with the deal we have made since, and I am still without the 30 euros as my PayPal account is now blocked and the money has come out of my bank. Hydra has still not yet sent me a refund for this transaction as he states his PayPal is also blocked due to this issue.

There are currently 14 days left of the trade hold for the knife to be sent to me and honor our original agreement . If after these 14 days the trade is not cancelled by hydra, where does that leave this report? Will his name be cleared? I apprecoate his efforts to do the right thing, but it doesn't excuse his original intent here . And at the same time if he does cancel the trade before the 14 days, where does that leave this report?

I guess time will tell, in the meantime ,if there is anything at all you need from me please let know, I will be checking this thread multiple times a day and will respond as soon as I can

I just want to clarify, that as of this point in time, me and Lynk have both been locked from using PayPal, this lock means that there is no possibility for the both of us to send money and use many other features of paypal, to remove the lock from the PayPal account you have to provide a picture of an official government released ID card. I have submitted a drivers licence to Paypal ( which is a valid ID ) and have received an email ( 29-04-2020 ) which states it could take up to 5 workdays for them to verify the submitted ID. When I regain full control of my account, I will refund the money through the open appeal ASAP. next to that, I would like to very that Lynk his statement is absolutely correct, ( I quote "The initial report had nothing to do with the deal we have made since" ) and that anything that has to do with the knife which is on trade hold now ( 14 days left ) should therefore not be a factor in this case. I would like to address again, that I hope this will be resolved soon for the both of us, and hope that Lynk will recognize this was never an attempt of misconduct and sees that I am willingly helping to a great extent. If the admin of this forum needs any evidence for what I have stated in this message, please tell me ( emails, PayPal, conversations, etc )

he insisted that he wants the 30 euros back, which I understand. Now after all that we still decided to continue trading, and he will send the full price of the knife after he received the item in his inventory. again, this trade now with the knife has nothing to do with the case, the fact he paid 30 euros is why he opened this case on steam rep. but that 30 euros is being refunded to him as soon as I can. so I don't understand why him receiving the knife now is a factor? if there is any confusion ( which I totally understand is possible ) please ask.

The reason I want the 30 euro refund is because my PayPal account is locked and the issue needs to be sorted , I have akrady opened the PayPal case and you agreed on the PayPal case to repay, I have no drama with sending the 30 euros back and wasting for the trade to complete but this doesn't really make a difference in the long run and you could still take the money and cancel the trade and block me again lol

At this point in time, I have the idea that the story presented by both parties in the tread is all over the place and understandably confusing. That is why I am requesting a verbal conversation through a platform of your desire ( discord, TeamSpeak, steam voice chat, etc ) I think this is a better and more effective way to provide clear information in a relatively short period of time. As you can see above, I have refunded the funds that were paid by Lynk. but unfortunately, I have received some bad news from PayPal after they have confirmed and reviewed the ID card I have submitted. They told me that my account has been locked forever and can not be used anymore, the reason for this is, is because I created this PayPal account when I was under the age of 18. ( i am over the age of 18 now ) they informed me that I can still refund open appeals, I quote "If you've outstanding buyer complaints and you want to refund your
customers, you can do so via the Resolution Centre in your PayPal account" so that is the reason why I could still refund the money to Lynk. Now I have no way of receiving a payment from Lynk after the trade goes through, ( No payment method I agree/able to receive funds on ) That is why canceling the outstanding trade will be my only option in this case. if in the future I will be able to receive any money on a new PayPal account I will happily continue this trade. The email also states there is a possibility to remove my bank account from my old account, but that is a long process that will most certainly take longer than the remaining 10 days on the trade hold. I apologize for the inconveniences that have occurred now, I hope you understand this was not in my hands or my decision for this to happen, I wish Lynk the best and hope he is satisfied with the money refund.

Hi team.

Hydra has cancelled the outstanding trade, and has been uncooperative regarding getting the issue sorted and continuing the trade, he says PayPal are asking for a bank statement to be able to open a new account and get how bank details transferred to the new one. According to him "this will take longer than 10 days, so I have cancelled the trade". This is complete bullshit, as you can get a statement online which takes 2 minutes.. not 10 days.. the trade has been cancelled and there was no option for me to pay him any other way, I offered a bank trasnfer and he was unwilling to do this.. which makes no sense at all.

Throughout this entire situation, hydra has lied and tried to deceive me at every turn . Thinking of a way he can get out of this report and still look like the good innocent person who accidently blocked and accidently removed me and accidently didn't see that the item would be tradr locked for 15 days, and accidently cropped the acreenshot to hide this on order to get my money and run.

I have since removed hydra as I have no further need to speak with him and have no need to have a scammer on my friends list

If you need screenshot of the trade being cancelled, let me know and I'll get them sent over

I have had contact with Lynk through the steam chat after I have posted my last message, as I said before I have no choice but to cancel. I am indeed able to revoke the bank account from my locked Paypal account and use that on another bank account. But, this process will most certainly not take 2 minutes as Lynk says. Paypal asks me for a bank statement letter which is not older than 12 months ( see the previous screenshot that is provided ) I would have to request this to my bank first, which will already take up a few days, not counting the delay that could be occurring because of the COVID-19 virus. even after that PayPal would still need to verify the information that has been submitted, this will most likely also be in the 5-day range ( the same amount of time wich it took to verify the submitted ID ) I hope you understand now that this is not an "easy fix" or "fast fix" believe me I want to have a working PayPal account as fast as possible too. So, I have also included the recent chat log on steam chat, I do warn you for some explicit langue but please do not hold Lynk accountable for that in this case, as I do understand his anger/emotions, because he believes I am not genuine. I hope you find it well Lynk, and as I said before you can contact me if you need anything regarding this case or even a future trade. As for the admin, if you need any additional screenshots, please ask.

Yes, it does take 2 minutes, becuase it took me 2 minutes. You go to your mobile banking app, go to statements, take ascreenshot and send it to them. That's what I said. If you don't have mobile banking, you could log into your banks website, go to statements, and take a screenshot. this 100% works becuase I used this method to verify my own bank account with Paypal when my account was locked because of you.

Yes, I am pissed, and have the freedom to say what I like, you are without a doubt a scammer. This is fact. And I, was the victim here. Don't expect the pleasentries. The amount of headache you've caused me over the last few days has made my blood boil then to top it off you even cancel the trade, which is fine with me. Like I said from the begenning, but we agreed to carry on the trade. I knew this was a ploy to attempt to get your story straight before eventually cancelling the trade. I predicted this to my fiance on the same day you agreed to continue the trade. All scammers are so predictable honestly.

Here is a screenshot of the trade being cancelled, I doubt there will be anything else you need for this case, but if you do, please let me know.
