    What happened? Description:
    Your typical pending ban scam.
    There are three accounts involved in the scam. One account was the 'scout' who found users and linked them to the fake admin.

    The second is the fake admin giving 'aid' to the troubled user.

    The item account, "Item Database", likely a throwaway account used to 'check items'. Gotten from trade offer URL they sent.

    The scout contacted me early in the morning and gave me the screenshot of my about-to-b-banned profile. After telling me that my account was about to be banned, he links me to the fake admin. Fake admin explains that I have to send in some items to be scanned by a program. Tells me to trade the item account 3 expensive items. I say that I know its a scam, he tries one final intimidation attempt, and gives up. The screenshot with Item Database's account shows a little bit of the trade window where I was asked to give items to scan.
    The video that the fake admin sent me was him showing me that it was indeed my account and that there was a pending ban report on my account.​

    You don't report the fake admin - you report the FIRST user you were involved with.
    As you can see the fake Admin is already community banned too...you always report that first user.

    Your report was accepted and the accused was banned. Feel free to report a violation via their Steam profile.

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
