    What happened? Description:
    this kid borrowed a skin from me but when i ask him to give it back the next week he refused and blocked me and funny thing he added me to steam again just today so now i can provide the chat evidence which i couldn't before​

    While I'm accepting this - there shouldn't be any future reports like this from you considering you shouldn't be "lending" items out to someone you don't even know or barely know.
    Take this as a suggestion to not do that anymore or its completely on you and your decision/risk.
