    What happened? Description:
    This guy invites you to invest in fake gambling website and promises to divide profit in half.he is a scammer.i have not been scammed but im reporting him since he is scamming other people and he tried to scam me​

    Unfortunately, SteamRep no longer as of 5/18/2019 reviews or accept reports dealing with any Fake Gambling site or scam sites - Due to current Investigative Policy

    This includes anything random sites that a user gives you for a chance to win anything. Gambling sites are against Steam TOS also therefore you should avoid these users, delete them, report them to Valve instead as noted below:

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
