    Basically another scammer pretending to be somebody else. He seemed pretty clueless about what he was doing, offered the good ole' "I have tons of money on bitskins and I'll buy something for you" method and removed me pretty quickly after I seemed hesitant and mentioned the 7 day trade lock it would have. Regardless, the evidence should outweigh his stupidity and be enough for a ban.​

    This includes anything to do with API key requests, wrong or misspelled URL's and sites requesting logins of any type in attempts to steal your credentials.
    These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    We don't review videos AND impersonation alone isn't a reportable offense.
    This user clearly gave you a phishing link/website in that chat and that alone makes the report Invalid.
    This user is or could have likely been hijacked themselves and passing it on.
    Report them to Valve not here.
