What happened? Description:

I had met them concerning a seemingly fraudulent trade offer involving a friend of mine, to which he had obtained every item in his inventory with the promise of an unusual item in Team Fortress 2. I myself took it upon myself to investigate, noting he had multiple accounts and has been banned on backpack.tf with many negative ratings. I had taken it upon myself to see what he would do when approached with the situation of a much more competent trader. However, he had taken the same course of action when having been presented with the items.
Promised to exchange an unusual for the item's depicted below. The total value is approximately $20 in CS:GO items if I estimate correctly, to which he plain taken and ran with. Will refuse to communicate. (approximately $30 using the same promises of unusuals.)
It has been weeks and he had failed to produce a shred of evidence or single word regarding such, and the same has been for me so far. Every message is actively ignored since such. (which is odd considering the suspect in question had been extremely active in conversation.)
He constantly promises that he needs items to "broker" in order to trade up. His inventory will actually quickly vary, having his backpack fluctuate in value extremely quickly. It's quite obvious he is using multiple accounts to transfer item's between, some of which haven't been discovered.​
