    What happened? Description:
    As steam rep not accepting evidence of a scam/attempt not in english i am not able to report him as scammer. + he is impersonating my, and by that scaming Lithuanian steam community users​

    Sorry impersonation alone is not a reportable offense here.
    User must be clearly impersonating with intent to defraud and I see no evidence of that.
    Report the user to Valve instead if you have issues with impersonation.
