What happened? Description:

I was minding my own business when some guy messages me, saying that he accidentally reported me to a steam support admin for having dupped items. He sent me the "admin's" profile and tells me to explain him the whole situation. his profile is https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198318927873/ (profile from the earlier mentioned guy, not the "admin"). Then, I tell the whole situation to the "admin" and he sends me a gif that I indeed had a report. then he asks from my trade offer link (At this point I knew he was a scammer, I almost got scammed like this before and I was having a bad time while that was happening. So, i wanted to make him lose some time with me so he can't scam others). Then he sends an offer with all my tf2 items and says if I don't accept it my account would be deleted. The offer is from a database wich profile is steamID64: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198931224742. I start to tell them several excuses so I can make him lose time and some ridiculous qustions. Then I say that I actually dupped items, he takes a long pause and says he will not longer supervise my case and blocks me. After that I proceed to insult him... (idk why, he would never notice it). Finally, i calm down and tell the whole story to a friend, wich recomended this page so I can report him. (Sorry for bad english, I actually speak spanish)​

we weren't, he just randomly messaged me

and also, the guy is from argentina and has items in tf2 named in spanish so maybe his account got hijacked (happened before with a long time friend), I don't know how he managed to message me, cuz when i checked his profile we weren't friends, maybe we actually were, he changed his name and photo (cuz i don't remember adding a Tommy guy), deleted his nicknames, unfriended me, saved my chat so he could then message me. A bit complicated but it makes sense becouse, as i know, it's not possible to message a guy wich you are not friends with. (if it is possible then wtf is wrong with steam)
