What happened? Description:

User added me out of the blue, I accept, they message me a few days later saying he'd pay me weekly in TF2 items if I advertised his website (https://tf2millenium.com/) in my profile description. Eventually I asked him to prove that the users on the site were real, and he refused saying it was against the "privacy policy" and blocked me.

I have zero experience with gambling websites so I don't know if this is enough evidence to prove a scam, but in trading I've found that if it's at all fishy it usually turns out to be a scam.​
