What happened? Description:

I added user for no reason, had a flashy profile or something. He added me back a few days later and asked if I was looking to trade, I said I was but had no previous experience trading, I would just buy my skins off third party websites. His method was to get me to send my trade link so he could perform some type of bypass trade through bitskins. I asked to send all my play skins discussed and then after I had received the knife would send my knife since I was not comfortable which he clearly said it was okay. I sent the skins as seen in the video but not my knife like what was okay for him. He then went to say that the trade could not work since I hadn't sent my knife over, I then looked up the method on steam to find that the method used; "https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/7/1644304412647097663/" I sent that to him explaining how I knew he had scammed me and he went to explain how some people use this but he is doing it legitimately. I called him out and he started calling me a troller as I go on to question how I am a troller when he has my play skins in his inventory and I don't have any of the contents of the discussed trade. He said he lost a huge profit since he apparently cannot retrieve the knife he said to have purchased, that being his argument to not send me my skins back after 7 days. I am sending this report 7 days later after the scam to see if I would be receiving any of my skins and to his reply being the same excuse that he can't.​
