What happened? Description:

Tried to buy my skins with Paypal balance.
Livestreams on Twitch to show "proof" of him being a legitimate trader https://www.twitch.tv/veravin23

Faked his paypal balance using a chrome extension (refer video 1 0:17)
Accidentally showed actual balance when refreshing (refer video 2 0:08)
