What happened? Description:

I actually have no clue how he managed to compromise my mobile authenticator. Somehow the guy got access to my profile on july 12th and sent a trade offer from his own profile, not mine. Accepted the trade with the authenticator, as I wasn't even aware of it.

I contacted support, they said I was hijacked, but they can't do anything about it.
They said they'll "investigate it".

He impersonates some sort of bot who resells skins for real cash.

He keeps scamming people and I'm not the only victim out there it may seem.
The list goes on.

He can't trade the items away because he's on a trade ban right now.​

Provide Evidence:

The user didn't have to talk at all. He just went straight into my profile.
I have no clue how, never seen the guy in my life.

The only conclusion I have is that I logged in on something that fooled me.
But def. not a Russian website.
