    What happened? Description:
    I haven't been personally scammed but I noticed a strange behaviour with someone who is currently trade banned and has a SteamRep ban.

    The person in question made a secondary account to scam people again and the link is right on the trade-banned account. Since they're in similar groups and have a very similar style of writing, I highly suspect a secondary account to keep scamming people.

    I know this isn't the usual procedure to report something on SteamRep but I still highly suggest to be cautious and keep an eye out. Sorry for any inconvenience this unconventional report not according to the guidelines might have caused.​

    Ok first off there is absolutely no proof or conversation you've had with this user to make a report here. You can't just make reports here for someone with "strange behaviour" that isn't how it works.
    You have no proof that this user is using another account either - that is all just assumptions which again isn't acceptable reasons for reporting here.
    Please do not submit reports here without proper evidence and without clearly showing a fraud act. Just saying sorry for submitting it and still submitting is highly unacceptable.. pls do not do so again.
