    What happened? Description:
    I started making a deal with the guy, I offer taunt and 4 keys, he accepted the deal, I sent him a trade and first he made an excuse for not accepting because "my family needs help, I'll be back in 1 minute". He rejected the deal and then said "send me the trade again" I sent it and he rejected it and sent me an offer with 6 keys and my taunt, making the excuse that his sister was using the guy's computer to make trades.
    I have the screenshot of what happened and how he tried to scam me for 2 keys.

    Besides, he made me wait a long time with the excuse of "my family helps".
    Then when he found out he started to say that I wanted to rip him off, when evidently he had the keys changed.​

    Evidence is unacceptable not full screenshots for starters but someone has the right to decline any offer they wish.
    You too had the option to decline the offer but either way not enough evidence here or proper to review..no formal agreement for exact item/names etc.
    Valve made it that way and therefore not something that we would review reports for.
    Please don't submit reports here without proper/complete evidence.
