    What happened? Description:
    He posted an add on internet site (dotagiftx) about having pudge immortal hook. I Added him were he asked for 1 tf2 key as reservation for the item and rest at the time of gifting.
    I agreed after some conversation and sent the key
    He blocked and unfriended as soon as the key trade was accepted by him​

    Sorry your evidence is unacceptable - times on the chat logs are not enough, need dates! We don't review get friend message logs either need the raw steam chat screenshots or if you can enable the dates on the mobile which again is hard to review because of this. lastly there is ZERO mention of any TF2 Key - you have to state the full formal agreement which you didn't so even if you had the screenshots as required we still would Decline this.
    Please don't submit reports without complete/proper evidence.
