What happened? Description:

I traded with him about two weeks back. He wanted to buy my knife, specifically an Ursus Slaughter FN, so we called and agreed on a price. He sent me money and I sent him a knife. But until today, I have not received any money on paypal. He kept making excuses that he had a problem with paypal and that he had contacted their support. All this was not true because the money did not come to me till today.
He wrote to me that if I don't receive the money on paypal, that he will send the knife back to me. So yesterday I asked for the knife back but he ignored my message and today I noticed that the person blocked me on all the platforms we communicated on. I can't add him back as friend on steam. I'm sorry that I don't have any screenshots from the steam chat, but I can't get to it.​
