    Scam Report

Report Type: DO NOT SUBMIT TO STEAMREP - Phishing or suspicious link
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561199075434313

    Victim profile: 76561198046376254

    What happened? Description:
I'm trying to sell some items that I have on the site backpack and bazaar.

This person send me a friend request and we start talking.

The first thing that I notice is that this person ask me to send him/her the value of "my item". I ask her/him about which item and he just said the both of them. Then I told him/her the price.

He/she told me that is ok, that we are going to do the trade through "tf2traders". I ask what is wrong with the normal method to trade and he/she said like that we are going to use the normal method, like if I misundertood. I continue the thing because even without a report it was clearly obvious it was odd.

After that, he/she told me to access through a website because he/she "has a slow connection". Clearly a phishing site.

I played the game and I told that I had problems with the site, even if I was using others browsers. I send him a fake pic like if the website has problems to see what happens next.

She/he insist that I had to access to the page and login with my steam account.

Finally I told this person that I knew what she/he was trying and instantly removed me as friend.
