Someone already reported this user here last night - not sure if you saw that or not but you should have.
Either way I'm going to need two more additional screenshots.
One of that trade offer again opened thru a web browser, hover your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up the SteamURL to them at the bottom.
Another thru steam client and mouse over the item again so it shows the popup again as you did but FULL screenshots!
You are cropping them and that is unacceptable.
