    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 765611990875116235

    Victim profile: 76561198104802817

    What happened? Description:
    Sent an offer to a trader for a listing of an item on backpack.tf, posted on his account just to let him know once he came online to check. Was added almost immediately (actual dude was offline) and his steam profile does not match up at all besides profile and name. The dude immediately tried to get me to go to an obvious scam website to try and gain access to my account via logging in. First screenshots are the proof, last screenshots are the guy he's impersonating and my original post on his profile​

    Going to mark this DECLINED mainly because you reported the wrong user - you didn't pay attention to the CUSTOM URL which cut off goes to another user.
    You didn't do the proper ID64. Be more careful when reporting here because I'm sure you would be upset if someone reported you by accident as we do not remove these.
    NOTE - this user is NOT guilty of any wrong doing - OP made a IMPROPER report.

    Lastly would not matter who you reported if even the right person as the report would be INVALID either way as we do not review anything here to do with phishing/hijacking as in trying to gain access to accounts - that needs to be addressed with Valve not us.
