What happened? Description:

Accused (them, their, they're etc) added Victim (me, my, myself, I etc) after leaving a comment on Victim's steam profile asking to trade their USD$1169 (cash, payment, money) for my S MW Isotope Yeti Coated War Paint (item).

Before the scam, Accused and Victim agreed to exchange their USD$33.40 for my FN Macaw Masked War Paint. Victim went first and sent the Macaw to Accused. This was agreed to as a test to see if Accused would fulfil payment. Accused did in fact send the USD$33.40 to the Victim. (as visible in PayPal logs, converted to AUD$.

Following the first trade. Accused and Victim form the agreement for the scam trade in question. Accused and Victim both agree and Victim sends item to Accused and waits for payment. Accused does not uphold their side of agreement making excuses about declined payment and bank blocking transaction.

Victim repeatedly requests item back as Accused had not fulfilled the agreement. Accused does not return item. Victim threatens to report user multiple times in attempt of receiving return of item. Accused does not return item. Accused continues to attempt to waste time and state they will not be able to fulfil the agreement or return the item in hoping I will not submit report. Obviously submitted it anyway.​
