What happened? Description:

He bought my item item on ebay and pay via paypal for it. I send him the item and he make quickly refound on paypal. Now he have item on his account firs he send sorry but now he doesn't answered to me. After reversal I send him message on steam, and he apologised about it and told that he return me this item. He doesnt't do this. Please help me.​

Provide Evidence:

He bought from me item Karambit Knife and pay for it, I send him item, but, he make fast reversal. So I have no item and no cash. I wrote to him. He told me that his friend do this, and promised to make return after TB. Of course now he doesn't answer me. And won't return my item. I was scamed.​
