What happened? Description:

The user sent me a comment asking me to add him because he reached his daily limit for invites. I did, and we spoke in steam chat about the possible trade items. He showed me his steamrep profile and the fact that he'd done a little over 10k trades. Then he showed me that he'd log out so what he'd do is I would send the trades, he would not accept it, send me the money, and then go back in and accept the trade. He also said to make sure that it said the account was level 219, not level 0, because that was a bot. The account I sent the trade to was level 219. However when I sent the first trade, which contained a StatTrak Bayonet Scorched, StatTrak AWP Containment Breach, M4A1-S Guardian, AWP Man-o-war, SSG Dragonfire, and a StatTrak Falchion Knife Tiger Tooth, it was accepted. He told me his friend had accepted the trade and his friend did tell me himself that he did, so then they tried to send me the money for those items right after. However, then they told me that they could not send the agreed on amount which was $730 USD because they were in Eastern Europe and I was in the USA, and for an international transaction it had to be at least $1000 dollars -- they showed me a picture and everything. I looked it up and found nothing that said that was a problem but they showed me that they typed out the problem in a chat that contains thousands of other traders and they said that it was a problem and that they were trustworthy. Because of this problem, I was supposed to send along a Karambit Boreal Forest to meet the 1k requirement. My dumbass went ahead and did it, asking if they could not accept the offer this time like they said and they said they would, logged out and showed me and everything. But then they accepted the trade, the Karambit trade, and then stopped responding to me when I asked the first user where the money was. Then they unfriended me and blocked communication with me. Never got any transaction in Paypal. I did communicate with them on Discord but they spoke to me in Steam Chat as well and I won't give evidence of anything from Discord.​

Unfortunately I do not have the initial agreement. I suppose this denies my claim but I thought I'd try anyways. Sorry if this is a waste of time.
I do have the end result, where I attempted to contact the user but they did not respond and later blocked communication with me, the trades, and the fact that I have no Paypal transaction. I also verified the user's identity by clicking on their username from my inventory history. As I said before, I did communicate with them through Discord. The screenshots that show Discord in the background is not what I am showing, I am showing the Steam Chat box in the middle of the screen. I did not block the user; he did.
