    What happened? Description:
    Sorry for my poor English first

    This guy added me nearly mid of May and wants to buy my M4 eye of hours(Souvenir), what he said is that he wants to play it with Deseret Hydra & Gold Arabesque, which I saw are indeed in his inventory (and also show his trade history / SteamRep to let me believe him). We negotiated it on the first day and no deals happened as this guy really wanted to do Paypal transfer but Paypal is not convenience for me.

    Yesterday, he came back to me asking if I want to trade. I said yes (just want to have a rest in csgo for a few months and wait for CS2) so I decide to sell all of my items out. We said the price is 5.2k USD for all of the stuff by crypto and he ask if I can change some of them to things in RUST so he won't have trade cold down. So I exchange some of my staff in tradeit.com as he said this would make some profit for both of us & more convenience(Fck my brain at the time). After all when we make the deal, he slipped away and blacklist me on both Steam & Discord.

    Hopefully Value can ban his account APAP before 7 days CD.
    So sad, can laugh at me hard, lol.​

    I am not sure why it is "not review any evidence thru Discord which you clearly went to for discussing the agreement.", but I trying to explain here.

    The guy pastes his Steam profile to trade in Discord and its exactly the account that I trade/reports to 2023-06-16 (6).png, he wants me to trade with this account as he said he can't enter with his main account/pretends as an anti-scammer.

    2023-06-16 (5).png & 2023-06-16 (7).png shows that we make a deal for 5.2k USD which is 3.2 eth coin direct to my wallet.

    No transfer record with wallet, broken agreement.png shows that I have been scammed with 0 transfer record to me. The wallet number is the one that I sent to the guy and the GIF is my trade record where I did the trade but not receiving any payment.​

    Ok again - this was Declined for the exact same reason it is still Declined.
    Once you went OUTSIDE of steam chat - we can no longer trust that any formal agreement stayed on Steam and it was clear that the conversation went to Discord.
    Report is Declined- the reason was given on the prior attempt and the decision is final.
    Do not resubmit it - you can report to Valve instead.

    Merging with previous to avoid report spam and that nothing has changed.
