What happened? Description:

Dm me via reddit after i posted a price check on my items. Provided with a steam rep link https://steam-reputation.com/profile/76561199191587988. T seem more trustworthy.
Traded with this user 6 high value csgo item for cash on June. User provided a screenschot of the transaction of transfer using paypal. However almost a month now and have not yet received anything. Confronted user and he said that paypal freeze the transaction due to the high fees he could not pay but i got suspicious and checked with paypal support on the transaction ID and they inform me that the the transaction ID doesnt even exist. Confronted user again and said he would transfer via crypto however he kept delaying and giving excuses that he cannot transfer to the address as he was having issue.
Asked for a new paypal address and given him however he did not do anything.(recently around 14 July)
I even googled if there were any reports filed against him on this forum n found a few even though rejected it fits the same mo. Now user had blocked me and still have not transferred me. I was not able to get any evidence of the agreement chat as he blocked me before i could.
