What happened? Description:

I was selling Unusual Hong Kong Cone with Green Confetti effect for 45 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys in a server.
This guy tried to scam me with Craftable/Non-Craftable method and act like he doesnt know the prices.
Offered me Non-Craftable Summer Hat which is worth 20-25 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys and expected me to believe its Craftable one which is worth 140 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys
He said "im overpaying" but obvious its 20 Mann Co. Supply Crate Keys under my price.​

I sent you an offer, in no chat log did i tell you that the item is craftable or uncraftable, in no chat log did i tell you a fake value of an item lol. Now, If i told you "yeah dude its craftable" or "yeah dude its worth 140 keys" you would have grounds to say im sharking, but i simply sent you an offer which was a lowball. aight, bye.

I already reported him to backpack.tf but he is confident about not getting banned, well he is a scammer and he is trying to do it safest way.
