What happened? Description:

User added me, looking to buy my unusual taunt. After some back and forth, we eventually agreed upon me trading the taunt and 10 keys for a Unique Lucky No. 42, an item worth 30 keys. Upon reviewing the trade prior to accepting, I notice that their item isn't a Unique Lucky No. 42, but instead an Uncraftable Lucky No. 42, which is only worth 5 keys. Upon being called out, the user promptly unfriended me and ceased all contact.​

In the second and third chat log screenshots I've sent, the user specifically promises that the item is worth 37 keys, with a 30 key buy order, and sends a link to the Unique condition item. It wasn't until they sent the trade that it was revealed that they only had the 5 key Uncraftable item.
