    Victim profile: 76561198866211879

    What happened? Description:
    Tricked into accepting a deal that could be cancelled at any time by the accused. Met through a UGC.tf trade server. Said was interested in trading. Upon finding a desirable trade, they request that the trade be divided into two offers; one that contained only items I would be giving, and the other containing only items they would be giving. Said it was a little exploit that could get around the 15 day trade restriction. I did not see any of these as red flags as I am somewhat new to person to person trading. Upon receiving my metal, I am left to wait for a few days for my end of the trade. Check in today, and the trade has been declined. I message them, and they say that they did not know of, and did not intend for the trade to decline. Soon, I am unfriended and blocked. Then starts swapping names.
    Confront them in a trade server I saw them on when I wasn't blocked,;they disconnect.

    I know this will get asked, but I do not know how to obtain the trade decline message as I cannot find it in my trade nor inventory history.​

    Thanks - issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

    so I'm going to need it again thru steam client showing the trade and then take the same trade screenshot FULL screen because that activity one was missing the taskbar but for now I'll be ok with it...but another thru a web browser, hover mouse pointer over users name like you did with activity so it shows up their steam ID at the bottom.
    So you should be providing TWO more screenshots.
