User was already reported earlier this morning - likely a hijacked account.
Did you report them to Valve yet? advise asap!

Thanks - issue is I can't confirm you were ever friends with this exact user by SteamID - all I see is a chat box with a name and profile image. Need to verify this and you can do that with a screenshot of your friend/user activity thru a web browser - when you take this and it shows you adding the user hover your mouse pointer over the users name so it shows the popup of the profile. Make sure you open this in a web browser before doing anything rather than steam client. Take the screenshot and make sure it's Full Screen and make sure steam client URL is enabled, not edited or cropped in any way! Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

ok if you can't verify identity to the accused we can't review this anyway.

Ok listen - other reports and screenshots are irrelevant to this one.

We must verify identity - now it would appear you may have what I need so relax and just follow directions when asked.
If you can't at any point that isn't something we can help but at the end of the day we MUST verify that you are reporting the correct user regardless.
We don't review videos so no point in providing those either.

Regardless - I'm 99% sure this user was hijacked and with any luck Valve will react to the reports and verify that very soon and lock the account down then we can archive this report vs tag someone that was innocent and not in control of their account.
Every single one of these like this which are nearly identical in methods/wording were by hijacked accounts so in the future should you get any thing like this just report it to Valve instead.

I'll review this again shortly - no need to reply again, I believe what you gave is enough to verify identity.
