Improper Format Scammed/QuickSwitched

Hello steam my name is "Percy Jackson" I would like to inform you that i was recently "quickswitched" by The Ders! http://steamcommunity.com/id/sahp. In trade we had agreed on 2 keys and a bills hat for my Strange Festive Ambassador but when the trade was done i ended up with only the 2 keys. He then left the server so i followed him to a differentone where i asked to trade back, he refused saying that i had agreed to that trade. He and some other people on the server then proceeded to swear at me. This person the blocked all communications and kept my item. I have also seem that is backpack has increased greatly in value over the past 3 days which leads me to believe that he may be doing it to others. Thank you for your help.
